Jo-Ann joined TOPHS in 2016 as an Administration Assistant, advancing to Office Manager in 2019, before being appointed Business Operations Manager in 2025. With over 25 years of experience in administration and accounts, Jo-Ann brings a wealth of expertise to the team.
She is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of TOPHS Ltd, coordinating service delivery and providing vital support to clinicians. Jo-Ann played a pivotal role in establishing TOPHS Training, which delivers specialised occupational medicine training.
Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Jo-Ann ensures that all occupational health services are delivered to the highest standards.
Outside of work, Jo-Ann is family-oriented and has a keen interest in the arts, particularly contemporary art, and enjoys visiting local exhibitions whenever possible.
